Our strategy is to partner with existing owners/managers as we acquire and invest in well-managed and well-positioned software, manufacturing, service, technology, and distribution companies located principally in North America. We primarily sponsor deals involving businesses with enterprise values from $15 million to $75 million.

Our lead principals each have over 20 years of equity investment experience in middle market companies generating excellent returns. In September 2006, the founding members of Shore Points Capital left BNP Paribas where they invested in over 50 companies.
